Administrative Assistant - Accounting

POSITION SUMMARY 
Provide administrative support for Corporate and Operational Accounting departments (34 employees).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the FinOps team by assisting with uploads and reconciliations of monthly financial statements
• Assist in compiling the quarterly Peer Review binders
• Manage preparation of Call Prep schedules for CEO/CFO’s binder
• Compile monthly binders for Finance MMR
• Provide administrative support to the entire Accounting floor

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of five (5) years, preferred relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to pick up new software programs, such as InDesign

• Ability to manage multiple priorities 


WORKING CONDITIONS/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
