Administrative Assistant - Accounting

Operational Accounting - Irvine, CA - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY 
Provide administrative support for Corporate and Operational Accounting departments (34 employees).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting Functions:

  • Assist in compiling the quarterly Peer Review binders
  • Manage preparation of Call Prep schedules for CEO/CFO’s binder
  • Compile monthly binders for Finance MMR
  • Run Department Reports and Compare Budgets

Admin Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the entire Accounting floor 
  • Managing Calendars and Travel Arrangements 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of five (5) years, preferred relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to pick up new software programs, such as InDesign and Workiva 
  • Detail oriented, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deadline and project oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
